Heavy Duty. Lined up with old chair base screws. Seems like high quality.
The item I received is not exactly as pictured. The shaft has the metal tube included. No problem as I was able to remove the metal tube and insert the new shaft into my existing base metal tube. Just remove the clip and slide off. Mine is welded to the chair base. Everything lined up well. Appears to be heavy duty and well built. The up/down and back/forth adjustments and movement feels solid.

It's a little longer than what was originally on my computer chair if I raise the chair my feet won't be touching the ground. But hey it works.
