Perfect replacements for my 2004 Range Rover HSE. Installed in minutes and work great.

Perfect replacement for my 2008 LR Range Rover SC. 1. Safely prop up the rear hatch 2. Remove the old shock/strut by prying open the clip on each end using a small flathead screwdriver. 3. Before installing the new shock, you may need to turn the head of the new shock as the mounting positions may be opposite on your vehicle. You can use a pair of pliers or adjustable wrench to hold one end while twisting the other. My mounting positions were opposite directions on my car and they come out of the package facing the same direction. 4. Install the new shock on the larger end car mount side first. 5. The new shock/strut will too tight to expand or compress by hand, so in order to install the other end you will need to maneuver the rear hatch position up or down to align with the mounting point. 6. Once aligned pop the smaller end onto the hatch mount side. 7. Repeat for the other side This item comes with 2 shocks and look identical and will fit on either side. Once installed, the hatch will spring up faster than your old ones so for the first few weeks/months depending on how much you use your hatch, so you may want to guide it open with your hand at first.

Ease installation good performance I would buy it again

Perfect fit and easy to install. I found it easier to install the end that attaches to the top by unscrewing it from the shaft...easier to work with...then simply screw the shaft back on.

So far so good, will update with any problems.

Couldn’t have been happier to get to replace the worn out hood shocks finally, I’ve had so many concussions; you would’ve thought I played in the NFL.

Not many items get 5* from me, and I was dubious about getting aftermarket ones, but I really can't complain. They were simple to install and feel very sturdy, I've had them in for a year or so and still no problems at all.

I was a bit concerned as the price seemed low for a high end car. Perfect fit and easily installed. Work well. Not sure how long they will last but at that price you just buy some more.

Just installed them onto my 2006 L322. They fit and work fine. Just a week of use, so no information on longevity.
