Sculpted by Aimee Second Skin Dewy Liquid Face Foundation, 32ml

I have now purchased this 5 times over the last couple of years. I love the lightweight feel of the foundation and move between buying dewy and matte depending on the time of year and how my skin feels. The colour is spot on and I love the added spf!

This mineral foundation covers well with a nice dewy finish. It lasted all day too so I will be buying this again. Very pleased!

My only reason for taking a star away is that I ordered light plus 3.5 which was labelled on the box but inside was medium 4.0. My search for a foundation that doesn't feel like I'm wearing makeup is finally over. I'm in my 40s and while I don't have many wrinkles yet I have a few fine lines. I was ready to give up on makeup because most foundation left me feeling dried out or greased up... but luckily this product exists. It comes in a cardboard box and the tube itself was sealed with plastic shrinkfilm. I like that it has a pump, it makes for less mess. The product applies and blends very well either on primer or just moisturiser. It doesn't feel heavy and doesn't set into my fine lines. I use a damp beauty blender to apply. It leaves me looking fresh, awake and with a subtle glow. I wouldn't usually but because I was sent the wrong shade in the box I use powder on top to help balance that "slightly too dark and yellow for me" look. Still my skin doesn't feel dry all day. There's also minimal transfer with a face mask. My skin is sensitive and I've had zero irritation. There's hardly any smell to the product. Another bonus because certain scents give me headaches. It's a lovely product and worth spending on. Just a shame the shade on the box didn't match what was inside. It should be okay for summer when I have a bit of a tan. In the meantime I'll try placing an order for the shade I need. 🙃

It feels lovely texture and I am very pleased with the way it stays on a bonus being vegan very prompt delivery I annoyed the box and colour are different as I already had the lighter one before , I will keep it but I am disappointed

Everything was perfect

This is a nice light foundation which gives good coverage. It’s not too thick or heavy, so if you’re aiming for a heavier look for contouring this isn’t for you. It offers good coverage, disguising most marks and stays put for the day. I didn’t really notice any scent to it and I didn’t get any skin flare ups with it.

Sculpted Second Skin Dewy Mineral Liquid Foundation, Light Plus 3.5: Hard to review this item as I’d requested a lighter shade (Porcelain 0.5) and received this darker shade which is too dark and a bit yellowy on my skin, however as this was a vine request I’ll try to review it aside from the colour, but have only awarded 4 stars as I can’t comment on how the right colour would have worked out. I’ve heard some very positive things about this makeup and so was keen to see how it actually performed. It comes in an attractively packaged tube with decent pump that delivers fairly small amounts at a time, which saves wasting precious & expensive goods. It glides onto the skin well and blends without feeling claggy, it’s nicely lightweight in texture and it isn’t at all oily - I have older skin with some drier areas however the makeup covered them evenly and felt comfortable no cracking or bleeding into lines. It lasted well throughout the day (due to the colour I only wore it around the house, so wasn’t open to the elements) remained non-greasy throughout and it did give a dewy texture to my skin. Quite expensive at £25 for 32ml but it’s a good quality makeup and is fairly competitively priced with similar in the market. Would be keen to try this in a better shade for me but on the whole it was nice to use.
