no, this product is not meant for skin tags. you should see a doctor and have those clipped.

How long are you suppoed to wear these for?

Wear constantly for 48 hours, then change the bandaid. Continue until wart goes away, or 12 weeks. Whichever happens first. If 12 weeks pass and it isn't gone, see a doctor.

After taking off the bandaid, it left a white layer. How long does that stay on your skin?

The white layer is dead skin. You can try peeling the layer off to expose fresh wart for another round of treatment, but the skin may not be ready (if it hurts to peel, it's not ready). In that case, you apply another treatment. Whether that be another bandaid, a dab of wart removing liquid, etc. It takes a couple of days for a layer of dead skin to shed on its own
