This is a great mix and makes some of the most delicious tastes in pancakes I've ever had. Don't stray from the recipe and make it exactly as stated in the directions and you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend

I never thought I'd buy something like pancake mix on Amazon. But it makes delicious, light and fluffy pancakes. I'll reorder. It also introduced me to their other quality baking products, of which there are many. As the directions state, I varied the recipe a little, a couple times, until I got the pancakes perfect.

Best pancake mix on the market, tastes as close to homemade although much easier to make, smells like vanilla & wakes them up for breakfast.

I tried the buttermilk and the farmhouse varieties of the pancake mix, I felt the buttermilk one was more satisfying and had a more traditional flavor. The batter seems thin however the pancakes fluff up nicely when making them.

I wanted to see if there was any better tasting waffle or pancakes mix out there besides the ones you would like usually get in the grocery store. I came across this one on Amazon. It is a little pricey then what I I am use to paying in the stores. Nevertheless the reviews rave about it. So I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. Just like the other's are saying. This thing is delicious. And smells so good. My Wife made this for Me in our new waffle maker. I woke up to a delicious smell. The kitchen had a lovely vanilla fragrance from this. I took one bite. And I was like 😀😃😁 LOL For real this waffle mix is the real deal. My Wife does not like waffles at all. But this brand changed her mind very quickly. I was surprised when she said how good it was. Also I recommend if you don't have one already? Get the Chefman Belgian Volcano Waffle Maker. It makes it super easy and clean to make waffles without any mess or leakage. WAFFLES come out fluffy and golden brown crisp. It's currently a new release waffle maker. And the best one currently on the market winning all types of rewards. I would highly recommend pairing it with this or your favorite out the box waffle mix. Or your own homemade one. You will really like. Trust Me You won't be disappointed with either purchases. Waffles are my favorite food. I've lived in a lot of places, and I've eaten some fabulous food all over the world, but, in the end, waffles are my favorite food. So, I ordered real waffle mix to go with my new waffle iron. Pros: The recipe requires butter, which is great. Waffles are a baked good/pastry. Baked stuff with butter in the recipe is fantastic. The directions are simple and accurate. You make what you think you're making. The waffles are FLUFFY. Cons: I use a very standard-sized waffle iron, and I was only able to get 1-2 good waffles out of one batch of the basic recipe. (Not the entire can but the standard, basic recipe listed on the can.) It says you may get 3 to 4 waffles, depending upon the waffle iron, but that's fairly absurd. If you're using a basic waffle iron, one "batch" will get you one good waffle and MAYBE a second waffle. Forget 3. Laugh at 4. This means that this mix is a tad over-priced. By my estimation, I will need almost half the can to make FOUR waffles. This mix isn't SO special that it warrants paying this much more than grocery store prices for grocery store mix. I feel that with the advent of all of these cooking and home shows on TV, "homeyness" now costs. So, "down home waffles" come at a premium, when, really, this is just glorified flour, with me still providing the egg(s) and butter--and cooking the food. I mention that last part because, these days, you can order food through a driving service and have a fully cooked meal arrive for a fair price. Meanwhile, my waffle iron comes with a really nice, straightforward recipe that messes up the kitchen no more than using this product does. Bottom line: If this were cheaper, I'd buy it more regularly. As it stands, I'll stick to the homemade recipe that came with my waffle iron. HOWEVER, if you're having guests over for brunch, OR you want to impress, etc., this product is great. The canister is classy and classic, and it will very much give the impression that you're about to serve "classy waffles." So, for party purposes, I'll also order this product. But waffles for me? Don't need this.

This is an expensive pancake mix but is definitely better that the ones I can buy in Canada. I used to buy it at the Vancouver Stong store. Unfortunately Stong no longer carries this brand.

Ein bisschen zu teuer, aber trotzdem sehr lecker. Nochmal bestelle ich sie nicht, aber wie gesagt, sie sind geschmacklich sehr gut.
