It looks Awesome - But I have to find someone to install it for me..... :( I'm afraid to start messing with my plumbing and break something I can't afford to fix! I'm sure as soon as I get it installed I will Love it! Thank You.

was very excited about the product but it didnt work for us as we had expected and i had to return it. good customer service.

The product itself works great. The installation was easy, but don't rely on the instructions. They are not clear and complete and I had a washer left over that I'm still not sure if I should have used or if I was a just-in-case washer. However, all-in-all, it took just some common sense, a couple wrenches and about 30 minutes total and I was done. I love the finished product.

It is a cheap piece of plastic! the head of it leaks causing water to build up all over my floor. Save yourself the time and money, buy something else.

I spent more than four hours trying to install this with no luck. It kept leaking. I tried caulk and tapes but that didn't work. I applied a little pressure on it and it got broken. I don't recommend it.

Its nice and easy to install. But the pipe of the hose doesn't move around smoothly also the length of pipe was not suitable for my apartment washroom

The bidet works great. I did have issues with the button coming back up, but with the lifetime warranty, the company offered to send me a new unit. Highly recommend.

Trigger started sticking after a few weeks use, I have to bang the wand against the toilet seat to get the water to stop. Pressure isn't the greatest either, not enough to do the job.
