**Q: how thick is it from bed to where your head rests? (measurement not shown in pic).  thank you!**
A: About 3 inches I believe. I dont use it as a head pillow bit I can say it's really great for having an elderly person lay on the side and to relieve pressure from their body if need be. You can use it as well to lift the legs or to fill in a gap from bed to wall.

It almost works. The part on which you lay your head is too thick. I basically need something that keeps my head from falling down, but doesn’t push my head forward.
