Notice that the more expensive methylcobalamin is used rather than the cheaper cynocobalamin. I've learned that my body needs more B vitamins after having a meal. The process of digestion, stress, lack of sleep demand a lot of energy and work from our body. Taking the B12 after a meal will maintain energy and will replace lethargy quickly. What shocked me is how much rice and bread and baked products as well as noodles place immense stress on the body. Yet, I craved them all. By reading the labels of food products and vitamin supplements I knew that bread and baked goods and some noodles have added B vitamins. This is a fantastic way to take 1000mcg of B12. Dissolved soo quickly one isn't sure it was taken. I couldn't stand the long lasting not so pleasant after taste of Nature Made.
