I don’t like to take pills so this liquid vitamin D is great

I recommend these drops to every I meet. I've been taking them for nearly 5 years now. I have chronic issues with low Vitamin D. When my doctor discovered this in my lab work, he immediately prescribed me a prescription extended release Vitamin D. Not only did that pill make me feel queasy, it didn't raise my levels whatsoever. They were still around 13. I was discouraged and then I got to thinking - perhaps the issue was digestion. It made sense to buy a liquid, but I was concerned about the taste being off-putting and resulting in my not using it daily. I was hoping to find something that was more of an oil than a thick liquid, and I lucked out when I stumbled upon NOW Food's Vitamin D.I take it every night before bed. It has basically no taste to me at all. It will sort of coat the back of you throat though, so you probably want to take a swig of water with it. But - I'm very sensitive when it comes to taste. Some medications and vitamins cause me to gag, but I find that this is perfectly pleasant and easy to take.After just a month of using this, my levels went up to 25. Since then they have slowly returned to normal. My doctor asked what I was doing differently, and I told him all I was doing was using this product. He even said he may recommend it to patients who aren't responding to the prescription.I have osteoporosis and on top of that, I'm somewhat heat sensitive so I'm rarely out in the sun. This is the perfect solution for me. I'm just so relieved to have found a product that gives me such good results. I also feel that it's helped my general aches and pains and I feel noticeably more energetic. My doctor told me that Vitamin D is important when it comes to fighting cancer and inflammation too. I'll be taking this supplement for life, and I hope they never stop making it.

The taste of this oil is not difficult to negotiate - but remember it is to provide vitamin d3 during the winter months, not for the taste. In the summer we get sunlight where 10-20 minutes can provide 100,000 IU of D3! In contrast the outdoor lighting in the winter months offer close to none - or none. D3 is REQUIRED for so many biological functions - going without it is a health trauma in my humble opinion. So I take a couple of droppers full twice a day (still not coming close to 10-20 minutes of summer rays) and the difference can be immediately felt.

This product change my life I could not take the pills I was trying to find something easy this is it I couldn't eat loss 24 pounds but when I start taking this each day got better I felt I can eat energy my ears were ringing that stop God is good love it what I don't like is the top come off I ordered about 4 or more every one the top have a defect

The Vitamin D supplement itself is great, but the rubber dropper rips off extremely easily. If you put it in your toiletry bag and travel, the top will tear off after one or two trips (and leak in your bag). I bought two of these and the same thing happened to both.

So, nun muß ich unbedingt vom Erfolg berichten. Mein Mann und ich nehmen jeden 2 ten Tag 20 Tropfen + K2 hochdosiert,so wie überall empfohlen. Mein Mann der massiven Haarausfall hatte, (war nach jedem duschen im ganzen Bad sichtbar), hat inzwischen so gut wie keinen Haarverlust mehr. Das Gleiche kann ich über mich berichten. Nach dem kämmen deutlich weniger Haare im Kamm. Habe dies voller Freude meiner Nichte berichtet, die leider aufgrund von Hormonproblemen auch damit zu kämpfen hat. Auch sie wurde von ihrer Friseurin darauf angesprochen, das sie erstaunt ist über weniger Haare im Kamm und sichtbar neuer Haarwuchs zu sehen ist. Bin wirklich total zufrieden damit und fühle mich auch wesentlich besser vom Allgemeinzustand.Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super. Wurde mir von einer Ärztin empfohlen. Fühle mich nach einer Puschtherapie 15 - 20 Tropfen täglich. für ca. 4 Wochen super. War diesen Sommer sehr wenig in der Sonne. Bin jetzt auf 10 Tropfen täglich um den Spiegel zu halten, lasse ihn aber demnächst kontrollieren. Neutraler Geschmack. Was ich sehr gut finde ist die individuelle Dosierbarkeit. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen....Die Tropfen kommen sehr zööööögernd aus dem Fläschchen. Kann man aber mit einer Tropfpipette lösen. Sehr große Ergiebigkeit.Bei hoher Dosierung sollte man auf jeden Fall den Spiegel regelmäßig checken lassen. Kann das Buch " Gesund in sieben Tagen" dazu sehr empfehlen.

Still waiting for my order. It was supposed to arrived today but didn't. I have sent two emails to the company trying to track my order, but they don't respond. I will post a further comment if and when the product arrives.

I feel it seems to work very well. No issues on stomach. Easy to consume as it is liquid. The smell and taste is very mild and okay. Yes, it is value for money, as it lasts for a few months if you take the recommended dosage. If you take a boosted dose, then it lasts for 2 months for sure. Vitamin D3 is from lanolin which is vegetarian and also vegan as it is made from extract of sheep wool..

Mejoro mi estado de ánimo y me relaja. Supongo que tiene mas beneficios. Apenas llevo 3 dias tomandolo
