Is anyone getting a new ball? I've now been shipped 2 orders of a used ball in a brown box. No pump either.

I got a new ball but the pump that came with it had it's threads all stripped, right out of the box....I wasn't expecting a pump anyways though so no big deal, The ball seems nice, although it is not brown, it's bright orange....looks nothing like the pictures....
