I've owned this mat & pillow for 2 years now & it has helped me manage stress, supported circulation, sleep & healing. Every time I find pain in my body, I use my mat/pillow on the area & find relief. This product has helped me break up fascia & relax tight muscles that massaging & stretching had little effect on. On the days I make time for acupressure, I feel so good & sleep well. Definitely worth the money.

I was optimistic but after trying it the very first time, I was blown away. This gives you the benefit of acupressure in your home and it takes up as much space as a rolled up sleeping bag when storing. I have a desk job and have for 20 years. 20 minutes on this mat and I can feel a noticeable change in my energy level and my overall tension. It helps to wake my body up and gives me a boost of energy and the pressure and mindfulness it provides helps to relieve tension and stress that is stored in the body. Very happy customer here

I love my mat and pillow. I use the mat more: one 20 min set for my back and then lower body. It's well made and even good to stand on. This can help with backpain and relaxation.

It works great but wish it had a better massager.

I’ve been using this for pain in my upper neck and shoulders. I think it might be helping but the pain comes back shortly after getting up from the mat. It is strangely relaxing to lie on this little bed of nails and put on an audiobook for 30 minutes. My lower back is really sensitive to the spikes, so I’ve found placing a satin headscarf over that portion softens the pressure just enough.

I bought this acupuncture mat after seeing a bunch of YouTube videos about how people use it to reduce pain. I suffer from chronic back pain and nerve pain down my legs and I use this every day, 2-3 times. Although it doesn’t take away the pain completely. It has helped with decreasing it so it's more tolerable.

I have had the mat 36 days and it has big tears across it. I can’t return the mat because it’s past 30 days. I have used it only a handful of times!

this is very well made. i bought it with an fsa card otherwise i probably wouldnt have bought this.
