For the first couple months, I honestly wasn't sure it was doing much but I kept taking it and after the first couple months, I really noticed a spike in my energy levels. I wasn't really working out a ton before and I always had low energy and now I've been going for runs every morning and I do workouts about 5 times a week. I just feel better overall and while I can't say the Fadogia Agrestis is 100% the reason - I'm also not convinced that it's NOT the reason so I'm going to keep taking it. As far as I'm concerned, my energy levels have returned to the point they were at 10 years ago (I'm 39 now).
