these are very sharp they are very thin and look like they will break but they cut through meat like butter. i used the paring knife to cut steak off a tbone while it was raw and it sliced it like it wasn't even there. i don't know how long the edge will last but i hope it lasts a while

My ceramic knives don't seem to last! I don't know if somebody breaks them because they can be brittle but they have disappeared on me. So I bought another colorful set again. I love their sharpness. I love their color. I love the bread knife even though I've already got one. I wish the chef's knife was a little bigger. but the price is well worth it. there's so much sharper than regular steel knives. I'm glad that I bought this set. I have a special ceramic knife shapner, even though you might NOT really need 1 - ever.

Love them very sharp

Such poor quality. I wish I had taken a picture of the red one, but we already threw it away. The blade came completely out of the handle. The blade on all of these are chipping/breaking. We haven’t even had them for a year yet. I think it’s been 6 months. I don’t care how inexpensive they are, don’t waste your money. I’m ashamed to say that this is the second time we bought these. The first ones lasted 2 years. Well…. We put up with them for 2 years. But the blades on those ones had chips and chunks out of them early on too Buyer beware… don’t buy!
