It's good to get your cardio and a warm-up at the same time. I have to say that after 10 minutes of it, I was sweating. The grips are good, and the size is good. I am 5”4. Some jump ropes have to be adjusted, but I didn't have to worry about it. I used it outside because it's heavy and I wanted to have room because I didn't want to hit something by accident . It's durable, easy to store, and use.

Heavier and more difficult than I was expecting. I ended up wasting my money because I don't use it. But if you know what you're doing and know what you're getting, it is high quality.
