The MX400 fits desks up to 90mm thick using a heavy-duty clamp or grommet mount. We don’t recommend installing on glass, marble, or desks thinner than 20mm for safety and stability.

What monitor sizes and weights does the MX400 support?

The MX400 supports 19–32" monitors weighing up to 9kg.

Do I need to use any clamp parts for a through-desk (grommet) installation?

For through-desk installation, do not use any clamp parts. Simply insert the threaded rod through your desk surface and secure it underneath using the grommet plate and locking nut. Using clamp parts may prevent correct alignment and fitting.

I have just received my MX400 and the faceplates are not level. Is this normal?

The Invision MX400 is packed with the faceplates at a 45° angle to fit smaller packaging and reduce enviromental waste. Simply rotate the faceplates 45° clockwise before mounting your monitor.
