How's this 100% organic cotton and 10% polyester?

Tag in hat says 100% organic cotton, made in China, RN# 65281, econscious.net

Is this a child’s/kids beanie ? The description shows that it’s 5”x5”x 4” which is really small. Maybe that’s a typo? Can someone confirm the size?

My hat size is 7.5 and it fits great. I have to add that it's a quality benie one of the better ones that I have.
