I bought this kit specifically for a deep clean on a Transit 2.2 TDCi, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. If you’ve ever dealt with 'Black Death' or carbon buildup, you know you need the right tools, and this set is a lifesaver. ​The mix of copper and soft nylon brushes is perfect. The copper brush is tough enough to scrub the stubborn carbon off the injector seats without scratching the metal, while the nylon ones are great for a final sweep and polish. ​Injector Bore Blocking Nuts: These are the most important part! They fit perfectly and stop any muck or carbon from falling down into the cylinder while you're cleaning. It gives you total peace of mind that you aren't going to ruin the engine while scrubbing. ( PLEASE WATCH OUT AS THEY ARE A BIT SMALL AND UNIVERSAL SIZE - PRO TIP : USE TEFLON TAPE AROUND IT TIGHTLY , ATTACH IT TO THE ROD AND SLOWLY FORCE IT INTO THE BORE , IF IT GOES IN TOO EASILY DO NOT LET IT DROP, TAKE IT OUT, ADD SOME MORE TEFLON TAPE AND TRY AGAIN, ONCE IT NEEDS A BIT OF TENSION TO GO INTO THE INJECTOR BORE AND IT FEELS STUCK, 4 MM UNDER THE SEAT THEN UNSCREW THE ROD ) ​Soft Brushes are great for cleaning the more delicate parts of the injector body without scuffing the surface. ​Build Quality & Value: The brushes are surprisingly durable. Usually, with these kits, the bristles fall out after one use, but these held up through all four injectors and still look new. For the price, the value is unbeatable—it's easily as good as the kits you'd see for double the price at a shop. ​ If you're reaming seats or just doing a seal change, don't skip this. Awesome kit for the money!!! After reading a few reviews, I took the plunge, there's not much I won't touch on a car, but with the injectors I was rather dubious, which I shouldn't have been!!! The kit is ideal and plenty of variety, the plugs fit a treat and sit on the seat really well, appreciate the last review I read which said about wrapping PTFE tape to get a solid fit in the port hole, using the extension bar and cleaning brushes with my drill, the help of some carb cleaner, the holes were cleaned in no time. The pictures say it all!! Very impressed for the money, the kit will last several clean ups, so that's saved me a fortune from visiting a local garage!

Saved the day! First time cleaning my injector seats and replacing the seals. Tools came to good use and cleaned the seat with ease. Managed to clean all 4 injector seats and injectors. Cars rounds and sound like new. For such a small price to pay to have a like new engine flourish.

Replaced a faulty injector, needed to reseat it, dipped the cutting tool in lithium grease to stop any shavings falling into the engine block. Perfect cut, injector sat perfectly forming a seal. Car running perfectly. Easy.

Rubbish set cheap and nasty doesn't last 2 minutes do not waste your money

Chose this kit after reading positive reviews and to be fair it lived up to my expectations. I needed to remove, clean and reseat my injectors, therefore cleaning the seats in the head was essential. This kit worked a treat, as you can see in the pictures, the seats were pretty much spotless, the mark in the after picture is a little residue left from rinsing out with carb cleaner . My only issue would be, as other reviews have mentioned, the plugs used to prevent debris falling into the engine are a little small, so can be pulled out by the cleaning brushes, easy enough to fix, but annoying.

Spot on kit, supplied is 6 blanks which you can insert down the nozzle tube to stop all the crud going into the cylinder whilst cleaning using the brushes, the wire ones cut through the corrosion nicely, comes with a drill bit attachment and a screwdriver type.

Used it with Opel insignia b, B20DTH diesel engine, the kit works exactly as described and the parts fitment is perfect, I used it with a hand drill not manually.
