You just have to pull the nozzle off the perfume bottle, revealing a small white tube underneath, fit the pink pump (it looks like a miniature version of the pump on a soap bottle) over the white tube and pump directly into the glass vial. It takes less than a minute and about 55 pumps to fill up. The only downside is that this doesn't work on all bottles. If the bottle has a funky looking top or an atomizer embedded into the bottle (looking at you Mugler) that you can't pull off, then this won't work. I also noticed on a bottle of Club de Nuit fragrance, the white tube was fluted, so I couldn't fit this pump over it. But for most fragrances, this pump should work. I love using these for my Middle Eastern fragrances that don't come in travel size bottles or anything smaller than a 100ml. Currently filled my 3 with Eclaire, Junoon Noir and Khair Felicity.
