I love mine!! It's easy to use, made of sturdy material and comes with a chart with illustrations. I got this one for my daughter-in-law!!

Like a miracle
I have arthritic knees. Ten years ago I had Regenexx stem cell replacement (my own stem cells) in my left knee and got 100% pain relief, even to this day. However, the stiffness of age has crept into both knees. Walking was with a limp. When I stood or got out of the car, it took more than a few seconds to walk, due to the stiffness. I took stairs one step at a time. It was embarrassing when I stood and couldn't walk for 5 - 10 seconds. The first time I used the strap, I made it through the first column of exercises and the quad stretches. The difference was dramatic. My limp was gone and I was actually able to normally walk up a small flight of stairs (with a handrail.) My legs felt so much better. I though I was dreaming. Now a week and a half later, I honestly can't believe the difference. I am walking normally, without the limp. I can actually do a small squat. It is dramatically easier for me to rise from a seated position and I find it easier to get up off of the floor. Where has this been my entire life? Why did no physical therapist ever recommend this? Now, what you as a reader need to know. The stretches are not easy. You will have to concentrate on each stretch and position yourself to isolate the muscles. I still have trouble with the low back exercises, but am not worried as I have never had any low back pain. It does get easier as you get into a routine and do them every day. In the beginning I split the the stretches, doing half at a time. It now takes me at least a total of 90 minutes, to complete them all correctly. After about 30 minutes I start to feel concentration fatigue and have to work hard to keep focused. My knees feel the best they have felt in years. I am moving better than I have moved in years. I am bone-on-bone in both knees and the stiffness is about 80% better. I am walking as soon as I stand up with maybe a second or two delay. I am overall moving more, probably because it is easier. I am still working on the stairs, but most of the time I can alternate feet as I climb them. My only recommendation to OPTP is to put these exercises in a small flip book with slightly larger print. I had to take pictures of each exercise on my phone to use when traveling, as the poster is not suitcase friendly. Overall, I highly, highly recommend.

Great for yoga
The individual loops are better than a straight strap

Great strap for stretching, but not same thickness as ones for PT
I originally used a version of this strap in Physical therapy for stretching my hamstrings and IT band, and it does a great job at it. This is a similar band to the one I used in Physical Therapy (same company, color, same # of loops), but it is a thinner material. It's kind of a bummer because overall it feels a little cheaper/less durable than the one I used in PT. That being said though, this band serves its purpose for stretching, and I love using it!

Good buy
This is a great way to get your body stretched out at home. It arrived with an instruction manual. That was very easy to follow. Very good product.

5 Star - Made in USA
When I researched this strap, I first noticed the very large number of high rating reviews. I have taken yoga for several years and am very familiar with a yoga strap. I had looked at this strap multiple times and had always thought that "the strap I use now is fine". Finally, after looking at several reviews again, I decided to buy this strap. To my surprise, only after a short time using this strap, I LOVE it. I still use my regular yoga strap in my practice, but for certain "yin" stretching that I do, it works wonderfully as the loops spaced throughout the length of the strap always offer me a comfortable place to place my hands and feet. The limits of this strap are only limited by your creativity. Would I recommend to a friend? Most definitely. This produce is and always has been proudly Made in USA. Buy American.

Very functional for stretching
I really like this product. Itโs simple to use and comes with instructions on its use. Very portable - I took it on a recent trip and was able to continue with my physical therapy routine. The loops really help to hold the positions outlined in the instructions. Iโve learned a lot of new stretching strategies and most importantly how to use this product effectively. The Strechout Strap has helped me be consistent and Iโm confident itโs helped me recover in a manner thatโs safe and effective. I recommend this product to help you recover. The important thing is - you must use it consistently and be patient. Donโt rush or cut the stretch short. Be sure you read the instructions to use it safely and be effective.

Durable.
Very useful for my purposes. Had it for over a year now. No rips or tears. Certainly helps to stretch a bit further or maintain your limit.
