As fantastic as the other editions but more….
Leslie Kaminoff is a master yoga educator. Having had previous editions of this book that were used on yoga TTC and have also done one of his Leslie’s courses, you cannot beat the level of knowledge and expertise here. This is as fabulous as previous editions but expanded. One reviewer said it was complicated but I personally did not find that as I have over 15 yoga anatomy books and this is still the best there is for language, description, explanation and diagrams. Highly recommended for yoga teachers, serious practitioners and those that like to be a bit nerdy on anatomy!

Better, but still poor on detail.
Moderate anatomical detail, still rather basic, but what is the mentality of the artist? These are supposed to be anatomical diagrams, so just who would pencil in outlines of bras and pants or trousers on the figures? The book is about muscle groups and all that this does is obscure relevant detail. Insane! At least it's better than the book I returned, that had no anatomy to speak of.

Ok
I honestly don't like it very much. Especially as the Asanas are explained, I expected more.
