I believe New Jersey. **Q: Is it as good as ( razor burn relief ultra ) by lab series ?** A: It cools and soothes the skin. I am very happy with this product. **Q: Can i use this in conjunction with the moisturizer? should i use a moisturizer everywhere i have not put the aftershave balm? what’s the best way?** A: We can but I don’t think it’s necessary. The aftershave is got plenty of moisturizers in it. If you’re using the moisturizer by itself I’m pretty sure you can use it everywhere external. **Q: Does this product contain artificial fragrance?** A: The package says 'natural botanical extracts hydrate. Allantoin soothes and Aloe Vera heals, while Vitamins A,C and E nourish and protect.' And then there is a long list of ingredients you would need to be a chemist to know what they are. The experience of the aroma is pleasant and mild and dissipates quickly, as well as the cooling sensation of the balm.
