After the second time, the shop confirmed with SRAM that there was a defective run of the NX derailleurs and that this was one of them. I’m out the $95 I paid for the derailleur because SRAM won’t warranty it from amazon and out the ~$50+ I’m paying the bike shop and still don’t have a working bike.If the amazon seller would correct this and send a new one I would amend the review, but amazon gives me no way of contacting them directly. ### ⭐ Piece of crap *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2020* It is a shame for a top brand as SRAM has released a product with such a poor quality. This is the second SRAM derailleur with the same issue: it blends and then broke up.
