Review: This is a great massager. It's my 3rd of this model. However the corded model worked for a very long time, exceeding 20 years. The newer model with the charger will not work. The plug on the charger is defective and desertcart will not replace as it's been more than 30 days. I will try to contact the manufacturer tomorrow (Homedics) to hopefully get a replacement. The charger is seriously defective and does not work, which renders the entire unit useless. Do not buy this product. Update: I was able to buy another charger on desertcart that fit this massager and now it works super great again! So glad to have it functioning. It's so powerful! No other massager is as good!

**Q: Can i use it by  myself,?**
A: Yes you can use it by yourself I've used it for the past 8 years by myself you can be creative and using pillows to hold it in place sit in a chair or on the couch in order to reach your back lay on your side on your bed and prop a pillow up behind it. I like the extra handle I can hold it with one hand.... Where there's a will there's a way...

**Q: Can you adjust the width of the vibrating nodes?**
A: this machine is great, it has several vibration adjustments but the nodes are fixed cannot be put further apart

This is a great massager. It's my 3rd of this model. However the corded model worked for a very long time, exceeding 20 years. The newer model with the charger will not work. For years we had an exact duplicate of this product and it lasted a long time. Suddenly one of the two ...I'll call it thumper nodes, stopped working. Decided to find the exact same product if possible and found this one which is actually better as it's cordless unlike our first one. This is a fairly heavy duty massager that works great.
