Coolplay A-Z 26 Alphabet Water Cards, Children Drawing Card for Kids Educational Toys for Travel

Both my 3 year old and 4.5 year old love these. The cards are nice and thick and have beautiful colors to them. I like that it has the letter tracing function and the picture. Only cons are that the White film that co we’d the pictures can get scratched off very easily if the kids put too much pressure on them. The second picture shows scratches in the film after just one day of use. You can also see the picture through the film before you get it wet so it’s not a huge surprise. Overall, satisfied and would recommend!

We take these along when we travel, keeps him occupied in the car. I have to share this story though, my lil guy had taken a pen to one of the cards and I am super big on trying my best to keep things nice and new for as long as I can. Almost impossible sometimes but anyway, I thought maybe one of those magic erasers would take the pen ink off.. Well, the ink came off but so did the coating that they put over the cards! Thank God it was just a little mark but that one card shows the picture a little more in that one spot than the rest once it dries but I'm still happy with it, I mean, things happen. The ink mark looked worse so I'm good :) On a different note, the pens that come with it are small and don't hold much water. Which can be good, in a way, only cz the lids are very easy to unscrew and my 2 year old just opens em up and pours all the water out. And the tips get really dirty really fast. I haven't figured out how to clean those yet. Probably don't need to bother, honestly, seeing as how my previous attempts didn't really work out too well.. :)

The Coolplay Water Coloring Cards Learning Number Shape Color ended up being one of the best things we packed for a recent road trip with our 2-year-old. She was completely entertained by it, and I loved that it kept her busy without creating any mess in the car. The water coloring cards are easy for little hands to use, and the “magic” effect of the colors appearing kept her interested much longer than most toddler activities usually do. I also like that the cards help reinforce numbers, shapes, and colors in a fun way instead of feeling overly educational. The only con is that they are a little bulky for travel. We’ve continued using these at home as part of our preschool activities, and they’ve held up really well so far. The reusable design is a huge plus and makes this feel worth the money compared to one-time activity books. If you’re looking for a screen-free activity for travel, restaurants, waiting rooms, or preschool practice at home, this is definitely worth picking up.

I like how the pictures appear and disappear when the water is dry. My kids love to use them again and again. So far, the cardboard backing has held up after 5-6 uses. Unfortunately, the pens or brushes that come with the cards are not up to the same quality. Mine do not actually work. They scratch the white surface as opposed to wetting it in order to reveal the picture. I threw them away as they were hard and never softened or allowed water to pass through. Instead I found two small paint brushes and my kids dip the brushes in water and then are able to easily make the pictures appear. Good concept, bad design.

My son plays with this all the time, great quiet time activity!

Great for home, car rides and waiting in Dr office, etc. Bright colors, stores easy, perfect size for small hands and not difficult at all to turn each card thanks to a large ring that holds them together!!!!

A great engagement activity for little kids and mess free. Fits in a male pocket or nicely in your diaper bag. Nice thickness of the cardstock so it does not get soggy when wet. Amazon - there are no magnets.
