The SWF-101 model run continuously under sunlight while the SWF-103 Day & Night model includes a rechargeable Ni-MH battery allowing the vent to run both under direct sun light and when no direct sun light is available. barely does anything.

Solar Powered Fan/Ventilator
I bought this to vent the heat from my porch. I found out after I bought it that it also comes in White which is what I would have preferred. Would have appreciated that this information was more clear. Overall it's just OK, doesn;t seem to have much power.

Great for bike shed. Keeps the summer heat under control. Hope it's still working in a couple of years.....

Expensive VERY small fan
This is an extremely small fan that barely moves the air. Considering the cost buy electric! We are trying in in our 6 X 8 greenhouse and it is barely moving the air.not really worth the cost.

Exactly as described.
Works great even in medium sunlight. You can put you hand up to it and actually feel the pulling of the air in full sunlight.
