*****New update Feb 13 2019 So for the first time in history EVER (for me) my cycle fell within what is considered "normal" length and is 27 days. It only took one cycle of this for this stuff to shorten my irregular cycles that ranged on average 46 days - 110days down to 27 days. Could it be a fluke? Maybe? But I want to believe its from taking these suppliments. Even though I didnt get pregnant this cycle (I honestly wasnt expecting to ovulate let alone have a normal cycle length, so our BD timing was off), I have new hope. Call me optimistic, but Im loving my new results anyway. Lets hope this new "normal" continues and I can be back to update with my first time ever positive pregnancy test after 10 years of TTC. *UPDATE: Jan 17th 2019 - I STARTED AF. YAY!!! I recieved my order Jan 9th and started taking it immediately. Today is January 17th. I spotted for 2 days and yesterday began my period. Exactly 7 days into taking this. Wow!!! I'm thrilled. Most people would not be happy that the witch came, but my cycles were loooooonnngggg and very irregular and I wanted to start a new cycle. When I wrote the original post I was already on CD46. 7 DAYS LATER I STARTED MY NEW CYCLE. YAY, YAY, YAY. Im excited to see what else this stuff does. I just received this order today, so I cannot give a review on how this works for me. But, I will update this when I begin to see results. Each dose/serving is 2000mg, taken once daily. It's a total of 255 day supply. It comes with a premeasured scoop which is awesome. I also ordered D-CHIRO-INOSITOL to take with this from the same brand and company. Its said that for PCOS, its recommended a 40:1 ratio (Myo :40 and D-Chirp :1) between the two. That would be one scoop (2000mg) of this MYO and 50mg (one tablet) of D-Chiro-Inositol daily. Easy. My items arrived on time and was packaged perfectly. No damage. No complaints. So far so good. A little history: I was diagnosed with pcos and have been trying to concieve our first child for 10 years. 10 YEARS!!!! I have gone to a fertility specialist, have taken metformin, Clomid, Femara and done 3 rounds of IUI without success. I chart, take my BBT, tried many suppliments, spent thousands of dollars, and experienced a tremendous amount of heartache. I try to stay fairly active, but, even that, I'm just on the cusp of being considered overweight, and I struggle to maintain and keep weight off no matter what I do (just like most women with pcos) My hormones are crazy out of whack. My menstrual cycles are so irregular. Currently I'm on CD 46, I have not ovulated and probably won't. I may ovulate (if I'm lucky) 3-4 times a year. I struggle with sleep, hirsitism, mood swings, painful intercourse, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, ECT, ECT. And Im hoping that this product with nutritious eating habits and continued exercise will help with my overall health, help boost weight loss, level out my hormones/insulin and get me on the right track. After 10 years, I'm not looking for an immediate miracle, but just some HELP and assistance without breaking the bank any more. I understand that it takes time for suppliments to take effect, so I will be patient so I can update with a true and honest review on how the product worked for me, when I start to see results.

My daughter and I both use this. We began with capsules, and both swear this works better for us. I love how easily it dissolves and it works. Neither of us tasted anything at all when mixed with water. Much better for us all the way around. Will reorder again.

4+ months of taking this with D-Chiro inositol and I'm still noticing changes every month! When i first bought this, I worked my way up from 2g a day to 4g a day. I now take 3 level 1/2tsp, twice a day (for about 4g total). I just mix it with a little water and use the mixture to take my other vitamins. (heads-up, it does make your water a little sweet) I have PCOS and have gone 120+ days without a period at all. After 2 weeks of taking this, my period started! After that, I did spot on and off for about 3 weeks but I think eventually my hormones balanced out enough and now Im getting my period every 35-38 days (down from 70-120+ days guys!) One of the first things I noticed was that I had way more "good" days when it came to my anxiety and depression! I also have way more energy overall. After taking this with the D-Chiro and prenatals for about a month, I slowly added in my other vitamins (vitamin D, fish oil, magnesium, and folate) as well as started a Paleo diet. I'm sure it's the combo of everything together but some days, I feel like straight up Super mom and do all of the activities I want to do with my toddler and STILL have the energy cook and clean! (That's not to say I still don't have "bleh" days here and there) I do sometimes forget to take this twice a day and only take it once but I'm still noticing differences with each cycle. My periods are lighter and shorter, I have less cramps, my mood, anxiety, and energy are doing so much better... I'm not sure if I'm ovulating on my own but I'd still consider this stuff a miracle! This is by far the best price I've found on myo inositol too as this container lasts a long time! I'm just now buying more after taking it for 4 months!

I've been using this daily for a few months. I'm so happy with it that I'm about to order my second container. It's really good value for the price, the container has so much more product in it than buying capsules at the same price, and I don't like taking pills, so this works great. I just add it to my coffee in the morning, and take with water right before bed. This has improved my: moods, dark hairs, energy, focus, and it's hard to be sure but possibly also my periods. I think it's also helping my skin, but that fluctuates throughout the month, plus I didn't take a "before" photo to compare! If you have PCOS, or symptoms of it, try this - chances are good that it'll help.
