Review: Well Made, Works Well With Projector & 1920X1200 Dell Ultrasharp Monitor - I am very pleased with this Dell DisplayPort to VGA adapter. I several as I’m replacing a lot of client computers but keeping their older monitors, often with only a VGA input. This is totally a plug-n-play adapter. Just plug it in and it works. Just to test it I tried it on a 24in Dell Ultrasharp monitor which runs native 1920X1200. I had no issues at full resolution; the stated max for this adapter. Just a nice sharp desktop on the monitor. This adapter fills the needs of me and my clients perfectly. There are random brands for less, but I trust the Dell brand and it is seen as a plus for my clients too. To be fair I’m pretty clearly predisposed to like Dell from years using their products. My expectations for this DisplayPort to VGA adapter and they were fully met. That’s why I’m giving this 5 stars.
