I use it along with an inflatable neck collar. This is more to ensure your neck posture does not worsen. Would also use this on a plane to keep good neck position. Less dorky than the usual plane pillows. Likely will not correct any issues already in place but excellent for gently posture alignment. hEDS jackpot!
This neck brace has SAVED ME! My neck never hurts in the morning now! If you have hEDS with severe pain in the morning after sleeping wrong all night, get this asap. It feels odd to have something around your neck for a minute the first couple nights, but what i like to do is make it a little looser so i still have a bit of wiggle room and it's perfect. If you have long hair, make sure to braid it or just keep it up especially when you're putting it on or taking it off - I always have my hair up at night - so that the Velcro doesn't get it. The velcro works great which is good for everything but hair lol, even if I have to fight my hair for a second it's worth it times a million!
