There are numbers 1 and 2 on the blade, what do they mean?

Side of blade and side of razor (some blades also have numbers 3 and 4). Some folks like to turn the blade upside down after few shaves; their theory is that the stubble will pull the edge down towards them and cause the edge to warp. By turning, they can get extra few shaves from each blade. I get about 8-9 shaves per blade, so personally don’t bother flipping them over.

Has anyone compared this sharp 7am super platinum to the sharp hi platinum? what is the difference?

The difference is the type of coating that is used on the razors is one, the 7am supers are a bit more aggressive and not as smooth depending on the razor head your using and your facial profile. The hi platinum are a bit smoother and just as Sharp but require a medium aggressive razor head to have a efficient shave with little to no irritation
