1st time great, 2nd time never received the order

Update: ordered the product a 2nd time and never received it! Haven't received an email back regarding what happened to the package. 1st purchase: didnt have to go to the asian market, used all (sazon sized packets) ten packets to make a big pot of soup and it was delicious!
