This is a very great product to purchase inside of your home, it took me a little while getting used to it. The product is a little bit smaller than I would like. So when you walk by if you are above 5'2 to your hand May swing on top of the trash can and open the lid up by surprise. Other than that it is a great product to have in your home the sides are a little bit harder to keep clean on the stainless steel. It is easy to move around keeps bugs and dogs out of your garbage can, while being easy to remove and replace the bag.

Works well but the sticker over the lid buttons does not stay down.

I've seen this online for $59.00, so it was a bargain. It's appearance is very nice. I'm not using batteries in mine. I don't need to press a button to open or close this. It does hold odors, and when you open it, it smells. No trashcan I ever had caused trash to smell so bad.

Love this automatic trash can, don't know what I did without it You can have your hands full just wave it over sensor and it opens also closes automatically .

I have had this for a few months. First of all, the sensors for the opening function are not like the videos you've seen. You must have a certain color, usually white works best, item over the sensor. Also, The item must be close to the sensor to open the lid. I bought this for my "Man Cave" room. I wanted to impress people. It does not. It is Whimpey. If you hover your hand over the sensors more than 1/2 inch away, it will not open. If you adjust the volume on your TV with a remote control, it will open with no one near the lid. If you press the "open" button, the one that is supposed to open the lid until you press the "CLOSE" button. That open button ignores you. Press it over and over. It will work, eventually. This trash can is like owning a cat. It does not obey you like a pet dog would. It is like a cat. It does what you ask when it wants to. And only if you feed it. The batteries I bought are rechargeable. It says it will work with a fully charged battery for 10,000 cycles? Really? Only if it wants to. And NEVER place anything on top of it. I give this a 3-star. It does open with the sensor. It does open and close with the buttons. The batteries do not last long. It is now my favorite thing that hates authority. I would not buy this thing. But I did. Harumph!!!

I absolutely love this trashcan. I love that it opens. I’ve owned this over a year and have had zero issues with it. It looks nice. It holds a large capacity of trash. I don’t get strong trash odor since it opens and closes automatically. My only negative for the trashcan is that sometimes it doesn’t fully open and sometimes it tends to close too quickly. It would be cool if there was a function to hold the lid open if it needed to be. This trashcan is easy to clean. I don’t have issues with getting the bags out of the trashcan.
