Secure and comfortable for trail running.
I trail run with this holster, and I love it. I purchased the Small/Medium. I have a 27-28” waist, but even at its largest extension my boyfriend can still wear it comfortably, so it has a pretty good size range for different people. It stays in place while running, doesn’t cause any discomfort, and the bear spray stays secure. I usually hate extra baggage bumping along the trail with me, but this is pretty easy to get used to.

Kind of good
Good and solid but we rarely use it. Just doesn't sit well with a backpack or fanny pack.Best use is fast hike/train running with little to no gear.

Use for running
I use this for running in Alaska. I haven’t had to deploy bear spray, but am glad to have an easy way to carry and quick access to bear spray. It is comfortable and doesn’t move around too much.
