Great product
This cable just worked flawlessly, I'm using this to connect a 5k2k monitor DELL u4021qw. Its streaming 5K at 60FPS (monitors limit) so I'm pretty satisfied. I was a bit skeptical in ordering this as had read online discussions on reddit that you are gonna need a HUB, since an adapter cable won't work, but looks like the catch was to get a DP1.4 cable, which this is. For the time being its working flawlessly, I'll update the review if needed.

Monitor doesn't turn on after waking from sleep. Have to reinsert it make it work.
It worked great for the first 1.5 to 2 years. Now, I suspect it's not letting my mac's monitor turn on after it wakes from sleep, sometimes. I have to reinsert the cable to my mac mini, like 2 out of 4 times to make the monitor turn on again. It's an inconvenience, but not a dealbreaker.

Worst Product. Never Ever Buy this cable. It worked for only for 6 months and I Paid 3k.
Worst Product. Never Ever Buy this cable. It worked for only for 6 months and I Paid 3k. There is no such warranty. My Recommendation never every buy. I have to buy now other cable. I lost 3k for this poor cable.

As promised a real bi-directional cable
I wanted to connect my DELL desktop that NVIDIA RTX GPU with mini DP to Thunderbolt 4 on an Apple Display. This cable did the job. I love it and works very. I did get a mini DP to DP adapter for this cable. In total a great buy and works well.

Truly Bi-Directional (RTX 3070 DP + Gigabyte M28U USB-C)
I connected my PC with RTX 3070's Display Port to my monitor Gigabyte M28U's USB-C port using this cable. It is actually working on 4K 120hz at 10-bit color. Clearly, this cable is DP 1.4 capable and does it's magic due to DSC (Display Stream Compression). I was also able to connect my iPad 2021 Pro's USB-C port to M28U's Display Port to get Display mirroring. So the claim that this cable is Bi-directional stands true. I also tested 4K 144Hz YCbCr 444 at 10-bit and 12-bit color and this cable has the bandwidth to sustain such high requirements be it gamers or professionals who know their stuff. That's all there is to this cable really. Cable does feel strong and sturdy. 1st cable which arrived was faulty. Just refused to work whatsoever. But amazon provided a replacement and that is working as expected. Just test it out by yourself in your return period and don't assume it will work for you.

Good so far!
Nicely crafted and packed. Does the job perfectly even with auto-variable refresh rate settings.

Working with Nvidia GTX 1080 DisplayPort to USB C on Dell S2722QC Monitor
Working 4k@60Hz with Nvidia GTX 1080 DisplayPort to USB C on Dell S2722QC Monitor. Works perfectly including FreeSync (gsync compatibility mode on Nvidia) and HDR so well done CableConnect :) I am very happy with this purchase since after reading some of the neg reviews I was not sure it was going to work! Display audio on the monitor also works although monitor USB doesn't although I didn't try hard since I do not need the functionality. NOTE: If you have problems make sure your equipment meets the specs of DP 1.4 Alt Mode on the USB-C monitor input and DP 1.4 on the graphics card (I had to flash a firmware update for GTX 1080 to enable this). P.S Got next day delivery with Prime in Australia so I had at as soon as the monitor arrived.

双方向安定しない
PC側DisplayPort→モニター側 USB Cで使用したが、信号の途切れがやたら多い。 逆方向では試す環境でないのでわからない。モニターとの相性と諦めました。
