Can I use it to stain blood cells???

No, staining blood cells requires a special combination of dyes. Methylene blue, which is included in this kit, is often a component in blood cell stains, but cannot do it by itself.

I need a stain for checking the microorganisms in the soil?

Depends on what is being looked for. The kit should work for identifying bacteria in soils, but there may be other organisms that would not be picked up by a bacteria stain (Protozoa, for instance)

are these specifically for bacteria? Or can they be used for plant cells like Onion?

While these stains are designed for use with bacteria, the kit does contain common stains that can be used with other materials as well. Methylene blue, for example, can be used to stain the nucleus of plant cells. This stain can be purchased on it's own if you are looking for that specifically- part number: IS5808)
