Pro Tools 427 Paddle Brush, For Blow-Drying + Smoothing Long or Thick Hair

My sister went to hair school & paid an arm & leg for a heat resistance paddle brush. When it broke she was devastated because it is now discontinued. I looked high & low & found this one. We purchased just one to be cautious & and instantly fell in love! It’s been years & it’s still good. We did eventually come back & purchase like 5 more for just in case! Her first is still holding on!

I have very long, thin hair that gets knots easily (I’ve actually broken other brushes in the past trying to get them out). Been using this brush for about a year and a half now, and it still goes through my hair like butter. Even though it just lost its first bristle, it’s still the most reliable brush I've ever had. It gets all my knots out easily and so far has been very durable.

I use this every day. I did not think I would like it as much as I do. It's great for long thin hair. You can brush it out without pulling or snagging. The width is just right for my head, I get a whole side of hair in one sweep. The rounded nibs and padding make it possible to brush virgorously without hurting or scratching your scalp. Cheaper hair brushes will do that. Recommended.

Its a hairbrush and I use it to brush my hair. (am I missing something else here?) Works as it should, and by that I mean it does, indeed, brush my hair.

I love this brush

Works great at detangling my fine to medium curly hair. Not good for coily curls, because the rounded tips will snag the tight curls (my daughter has coily hair). Worked really well on my own curls, which are loose to medium tightness ringlets. Strongly recommend! Easy to hold handle, wooden paddle, and large brush. Update: since the above review i ordered a 2nd one because of how well it gets through my 3c curls (the old one lost some bristles along the way). But im disappointed to find that the new one has another problem that the old one also had-the black coating on the brush flakes off and lands in my hair and on my hands! I'm not sure why they haven't fixed this problem but it's not a good thing for me or for the brand. That's why i knocked a star off of my original rating.

Bought as an exact replacement for my daughter's favorite brush she has used for the past 10+ years. Nothing different except the original was silver.
