Excellent quality and very practical
This JOYMOOP flat mop is simply excellent. The microfiber pads pick up dust, dirt and hair really well, and it glides smoothly over all floor types. It feels sturdy and well-made, and is very easy to assemble, use and clean afterwards. It makes floor cleaning much faster and easier. Definitely one of the best mops I’ve tried—highly recommended!

Don't judge it by the box
This arrived in a surprisingly small box, and I'll admit my first thought was that Amazon had sent me the wrong product. Turns out everything was there—it was just packed much more efficiently than I was expecting.Assembly was straightforward. Everything twists together easily, and I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a cleaning pad included. It's one of those little things that shouldn't be exciting, but it is. Much like batteries, more companies should include the bits you actually need to use the product straight away.It's lightweight, easy to use, and doesn't take up much room when it's stored away.I'd definitely recommend it for cleaning walls, windows, and glass. I don't personally use it as a floor mop, but that's more because I have a commercial cleaning background and already have tools I prefer for floors. For the jobs I bought it for, though, it's been fantastic.Overall, a really handy cleaning tool that does exactly what I wanted it to do.
