Bright and sturdy
Unlike cheapy knockoffs, this unit is solid and bright. Perfect alignment out of the box.

Great for pos system
Great responsive screen for a pos system. Make sure you install the drivers to get the full settings and calibration. You can also turn off the touch sound in the driver settings.

..except don't use it with wet hands. the touch gets stuck. i wish they can fix that

Touchscreen is unresponsive
I am not a happy camper here. I have been using/deploying ELO monitors for over 20 years (yes, even way back when they were CRT monitors). I've deployed dozens of EOL's over the years, never a problem. My point is that I am very familiar with them and I know all the tips/tricks to make them work. I consider them to be the king of touchscreens. Well, I'm afraid my opinion has to change. I have purchased several of these 15" monitors from this seller, the first few were fine, but the most recent few are defective - the touchscreen is unresponsive. I sent them back and ordered replacements, but same problem. But here's the bad part - I have 2 of these that are defective and I can't return because the return window closed a week or two ago. I have desperately tried to get them working, I even called ELO tech support and spent alot of time with them trying all sorts of things - no luck. Two monitors = over $800 out the window. I am so upset. Out of desperation I ordered 2 no-name touchscreen monitors on Amazon which look/feel cheaply made but they work! I'm not expecting much longevity bc they really do feel cheap, but I needed something NOW and they are functioning well so far. I don't know if the seller will see this review, or if they can contact me, but I sure would like to find a way to return these 2 defective ELO's.

Reliability
We had the same monitor before. The reason we ordered another one was it got damaged due to a power outage. We love this monitor thats why order it again!
