The best thing to do is to put it in an undersized pillow case. I got a 18x18 pillow and put it in a 16x16 case and it looks and feels so much fuller and the corners look much better. **Q: was this made in USA?** A: No. It is made in China. **Q: would a 18x18 cover fit the 18x18 insert?** A: My 18x18 cover fit perfectly **Q: Why is it advertised as a square pillow but also describes it as round? Which is it? A review picture shows a square cover but round insert are thet** A: Mine was square but tiny. It only measures 15-16 inches per side when it’s supposed to 18. It’s super flat and barely any filling either.
