You are able to reuse them but I usually throw them away after one use. Yes I am guilty. The quality of these bags are great and I use them for everything from seafood to steaks. Sous Vide pump has a smaller 'sweet spot' but it is adequate. It cleans much easier than the J&J pump. The Sous Vide bags are good quality but the seal is an absolute _itch to establish a seal. The seal once established is nice and strong. That little white closer thing is useless. The one or two of each size in a package is irksome. When using frozen storage I usually am bagging a bulk purchase into multiple individual servings and all the different sizes doesn't help. The tiny little bags are mostly useless. The bags are costlier than J&Js and I am dubious of Sous Vide's claim that the bags are washable.
