Worth every penny. I’ve had persistent foot and lower-leg issues for many years, which I strongly attribute to prolonged use of safety boots and long periods of standing on hard surfaces. Over time, this progressed from mild discomfort into something that was affecting my daily function and energy levels. Before using these insoles, I experienced ongoing discomfort when standing still, constant weight-shifting to relieve pressure, chronically tight calves with distinct, painful knots in both muscles, intermittent lower-back twinges, and frequent leg twitching and spasms before sleep. My energy would steadily decline through the day, to the point where I often needed to lie down immediately after work. I’ve tried multiple interventions over the years: cheaper insoles, compression socks, foot rollers, and circulation devices. While some offered brief relief, nothing addressed the issue in a consistent or lasting way. Most insoles I’d tried compressed within weeks and lost their structural support, which is why I was sceptical and viewed this as a final attempt before going down the medical route. The difference with these insoles was noticeable from the first day. Within the first week, the reduction in calf tightness and end-of-day discomfort was significant enough that I ordered a second pair to avoid swapping them between shoes. My calves no longer feel chronically tight or tender, standing still is now comfortable, and my overall energy levels are steadily improving. The reduction in pre-sleep twitching and spasms was an unexpected but welcome change. These improvements strongly suggest better load distribution and alignment through the feet and lower limbs, rather than simply added cushioning. The insoles themselves are firm and well-constructed, clearly designed to provide structural support rather than compressive padding. Compared side-by-side with previous insoles I’ve used, the difference in material quality and rigidity is obvious, and I don’t expect them to lose effectiveness over time. Sizing was accurate (size 10), and they fit well across a wide range of footwear including trainers, walking boots, steel-toe safety boots, and safety wellingtons, without needing modification. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t underestimated the impact that proper foot support can have on the entire lower kinetic chain. These insoles appear to be addressing the underlying mechanics rather than masking symptoms. If foot or leg pain is gradually wearing you down, you’ll understand how much it can affect quality of life. For me, these have made a genuinely meaningful difference.

Health impact: Instant comfort. I have high arches. GREAT SUPPORT for my feet, knees, and hips. [It is all connected]. I realized how uncomfortable my flat-soled sports shoes were for me, making my feet turn inward and causing my knees to go inward too when I walked. Product design: Beautiful, well-designed. It was a few pounds more than other brands but had fewer negative comments, so I gave it a try. I am adding a photo of the height of the insoles. I find them very comfortable for my high arches. Shoe fit: Bought size 6, for size 6 UK shoes. [As shown in photos]. Perfect fit. Easy to slide into the shoes. [I only had to loosen up the laces as sports shoes are too low at the front [designed for flat feet, I guess].

I have Plantar Fasciitis, these are more comfortable than others which were tailored to my feet and cost £250

I have started suffering from Plantar fasciitis again as I run regularly, and started getting the sharp pains. I purchased this product and I have put in my running shows and ordinary shoes, it has provided an immediate help with removing the pain. Obviously it will take some time to fully recover. but the quality and effectiveness is great.

Very pleased with these insoles. I walk every day and have had persistent lower back pain as a result. I’ve tried various footwear solutions, but nothing made much difference until I found these. The relief on my leg muscles and lower back was immediate and I’ve used them every day since, even buying another pair so I can use them in more than pair of shoes. I guess they may not be perfect for everyone, but they provide just the right support and comfort for me. Highly recommended!

I ordered size 8, but is smaller. I check with original one and looks like is a size down. I don't know if are good quality or feel comfortable because I did not use them. I intend to return those.as not fitting well inside of my shoes.

Bought replacements for insoles on my walking shoes. Very easy to fit, great quality and very comfortable, the supportive insole is excellent support for someone like myself with flat feet.

Dopo ormai mesi di dolore dovuto alla fascite plantare, soprattutto al risveglio, posso finalmente dire di aver trovato una soluzione che per me è stata davvero efficace. In questo periodo ho provato di tutto. Inizialmente mi era stato consigliato di utilizzare delle solette con il tallone rialzato, ma senza ottenere i risultati sperati. Successivamente abbiamo capito che il vero problema non era tanto il tallone, quanto la necessità di sostenere adeguatamente l’arco plantare. Con queste solette, dotate di un valido supporto per l’arco del piede, ho notato un netto miglioramento già dalla prima settimana di utilizzo. Il cambiamento più evidente è stato al mattino: quel dolore intenso ai primi passi, che mi accompagnava ogni giorno, è praticamente scomparso. Le indosso per tutta la giornata e trovo che offrano un sostegno eccellente. Soffro anche di spina calcanea, ma gli specialisti mi hanno spiegato che, nel mio caso, il problema principale era la fascite plantare e la mancanza di un adeguato supporto dell’arco plantare. Per me queste solette sono state una vera svolta, miracolosa. Il primo giorno ho avvertito un leggero fastidio, del tutto normale quando il piede si abitua a una nuova postura, ma nel giro di poco tempo non ho più potuto farne a meno. Naturalmente ogni persona è diversa e ciò che ha funzionato per me potrebbe non essere la soluzione ideale per tutti. Tuttavia, a chi soffre di fascite plantare e non ha ancora trovato beneficio con altri rimedi, mi sento sinceramente di consigliarle: nel mio caso hanno migliorato in modo significativo la qualità della vita. Provatele!!!

Excelentes para mi pie plano, pense que me lastimarian al inicio pero fue solo molestia muy leve y al siguiente dia las use todo el dia y me han servido muy bien, se ven aguantadoras, seguro duran mínimo unos 6 meses, sin duda las vuelvo a comprar, hasta me ayudan a pararme más erguido

I found the insoles worked for me, the planter fasciitis pain get less and less each day I found I am able to go out and do more activities. I have high arches and found the store bought ones were not high enough. I does take about one week to two weeks to break them in, it was best to wear them for 2 hour the first day then 3 hours the next day and each day increase the hours how you feel comfortable going forward.

Jag fick leta länge efter dessa. Jag ville ha ett hårt fotvalvsstöd och till slut bestämde jag mig för dessa. Än så länge föredrar jag dem framför mina superfeet som kostar mer än dubbelt så mycket .
