Printing mistake
Book content is fantastic but printing is not upto mark, Few text not printed in sentences on the edge on right hand side. I think nobody checked that. Like for that you will see either tha....lat 1 or 2 words missing becuase of lack of printing.

Excellent material if one wants a different but complementary perspective to the "Getting to Yes"
I did not give a full 5 stars review just because at times some chapters were longer than they should have been. Perhaps I favor a more concise way of writing especially if the same message is repeated over and over. But that does not detract anything from the book, which I think is indeed top quality in terms of content, references and supporting theories. Bravo.
