**Q: Does this system work with Zoom?**
A: I use it all the time with Zoom. Just as with other speakerphones, however, when you press the mute button on the device it mutes the device but doesn't show you as mute to others on the video conference. Not usually a problem but you sometimes have to remember to unmute in two places.

**Q: Does this have multipoint pairing eg can I pair 2 phones to the speaker (note I only need to have one phone connected at any one time)?**
A: Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time.  It is designed to have a USB audio (PC) connected and a Bluetooth Device (Phone) connected at the same time and then switch back and forth between them.

**Q: How many microphones does this speaker have**
A: It uses one microphone with a 360 degree pickup.  One mic is used to keep the processing low and provide a full duplex call without cutting off the other side.

**Q: What is the power output of the speaker?**
A: The power output is 4W.

I was going to buy a Jabra or Anker unit but was put off by the comments relating to Bluetooth sound quality when using those speakerphones with a smartphone.I’m so glad I bought this model instead, I’m told the sound quality at the receivers end is fantastic and from my end voices are true and clear when using over Bluetooth with a smartphone.I use this speakerphone for video conferencing and phone calls, so the ease of switching from USB to Bluetooth is really useful.My only gripe is the USB cable that came with the speakerphone did not work, my laptop failed to acknowledge the speakerphone at all. A quick swap to my Samsung USB cable sorted the issue but it was disappointing that the boxed cable did not work with the unit.Still, that’s not enough to reduce the five star rating as the speakerphone itself is perfect!

Bought as I wanted a USB connected speaker/mic combo for conferencing etc. as bluetooth is too temperamental for professional business conferencing and keeps disconnecting.This unit is neat and connects great via USB (haven't tried bluetooth yet as not what I bought it for.The one thing that lets this unit down is the volume level, even at max it is just slightly louder than my laptop speakers, using as speaker for anything other than conferencing/meeting is pretty woeful - otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
