Lodge 15.5"x10.5" Cast Iron Baking Pan, Black

Look after this product and it will last a lifetime or longer. Very heavy, as it should be, and performs brilliantly. Love cooking with this in oven, bbq or wood fired oven. Very versatile.

The given dimensions of the tray do not include the handles. Including handles the tray is 19 inches long and won't fit in a normal oven. This feel like lying by omission and I won't be buying the roasting tray which I was planning on getting next because of it. On the plus side of you have an outdoor bbq that can fit it out would work well for that.

Whilst the product is of good quality, the advert says 15.5" x 10.5", but in reality including the handles is 19" x 11". Simply will not fit in the oven. Advert should show correct size.

Bought this product on 2nd dicembre 2023 send it back because to big I'm still waiting for my money now in February

I bake on this baking pan a lot. It is by far my favorite baking tray. I don't grease it and put food cold in it and it rarely doesn't stick at all or so minimal as not to be a problem, so use straight as it is. Anything from perfectly browned cookies to steaks and roasted vegetables. It bakes better than any other tray I've ever owned. Washing the tray is also very easy. Wipe the grease off with some paper towels and then gently give it a scrub with warm water, the residue should come out without any kind of dish soap, pat completely dry and store it away. If you keep it dry after you wash it, it will outlive you by a couple of generations, these things are built. I love cast iron cookware, it's truly lifetime and nothing can match the quality, none of that nonstick stuff, this is the original nonstick that actually outlives you.

Purtroppo troppo grande per il mio forno. Le maniglie non ci passano. Consiglio se avete un forno di misura normale di controllare prima di acquistare se può starci. Peccato perché era davvero bella

Ich bin sehr glücklich darüber diese wunderbare Backform aus Gusseisen (!) zu besitzen. Wenn man Erfahrung mit diesem Material hat, dann lassen sich zauberhafte Gerichte (Pizza, Apfelkuchen etc) herstellen.

This is absolutely brilliant! We have a large kitchen outside. I put it onto the fire and used it to make grilled cheese sandwiches. We also used it on our pizza oven to roast vegetables. We roasted vegetables, tomatillos peppers and garlic and made salsa. We’ve used it to make smash burgers chicken. Anything you can think of. Love this pan! Wash as well no different than any other cast-iron, we will definitely get lots of use out of this pan nice and heavy, and I love the handles on either side.
