Do you remove the product with water at each stage ? Because it says not to get the brows wet before 24h

No water. Eyebrows should be kept dry during lamination process and 24 hours post lamination process to achieve best effect. After each step solutions should be removed using dry makeup remover pads. You will find detailed usage instruction included in the kit.
