However the bloom is off the rose for a number of reasons:1) The product arrived scratched, but it didn't look like a packaging or handling problem. It seems like in the factory or warehouse it was tossed around without protection.2) Out of 8, one bolt hole is completely stripped (or not threaded at all, it's not clear) and the bolt just slides in and out. It's not structurally unsafe, but doesn't give confidence in construction.3) After 3 days of a couple times raising and lowering, the grommet (the black plastic piece that separates the lower part of the leg from the upper) is binding, causing it to slide out when raising the desk. I "fixed it" by shaving the grommet where it was binding, clamping the grommet as I lowered the desk (to wedge it back in place) and greasing the upper part of the leg to prevent the grommet from binding again and coming out of the lower part of the leg.
