Actually it's worth a four star but compare it's price and the brand name I should make it as 5 star . Compare to the Chinese companys it's back is plastic but elegant in look ,chinese they are providing glass backs Frankly it's a nice product from a samsung that also a made india product in this value is amazing 48 mp camera 6000mah battery samoled led octra core processor etc that are the main features 48mp camera it's pretty good for video or photo and the 20mp front camera that's work well in low lights but not that good in dark ,low light that's ok 6000 mah battery that's good enough for one day moderate use . In my case I used it 10 hours countiously with games ,video ,fb etc then also it's last for next day morning Finger print reader that's work quickly so no wate of time For gaming I am not a game addict but I used to pay mediam level games escapes that's are pretty good in it Pretty good display The negative sides are Camera For me if I use the back camera for a video around 10 minute it's starts getting over heated I don't know it's only for me or everyone facing the same Battery it's 6000 mah but effectively it's works like a 5000mah only because of its power drawing processor Finger print reader Sometimes not frequently ie rarely it's not even working , i think it's may cause the slight wetness or moister Processor It's a octra core one but not the latest one It was introduced a year back that's is nothing but it's a power drainer Whatever the negatives are there also it's worth for money product . The negatives are not even a big one ie camera while taking pics there is no issue ,they know about the power drawing processor so they added the 6kmah battery , if we use the clean hand means the fingerpri also works fine .So there is nothing to worry about the phone that's absolutely fine in this budget

So this review is of my 2 years experience with galaxy m21 so it may not be applicable to the newer version. This phone is a really good phone to get your daily needs done without any fancy features but over the time with introduction of one ui based on Android 11/12 the phone has become one of the best customizable phone in the market, the camera is good but I wouldn't suggest this phone for camera freaks like me😂 but the 48mp camera does work well in good daylight but can't differentiate between the shadows and dark green, but I love the super steady mode for videos cause the videos are clean without any shakes..... but the performance for games is just basic and genshin impact works "ok" not impressive. The screen if touched by a wet finger then the screen goes into crazy mode😵‍💫 and I have to restart the whole thing 😫..... My mom had a m30s and it just switched off one day and never switched "on" angin and when we went to the service center, the service center person told it will take "7K" to replace the mother bord...... So she upgraded to a 1+ nord ce and it was the best decision The m21 is the exact m30s but with a Improvement to the motherboard but my phone has started to act up and started to boot loop some ime and has started to lag time to time but I am cleaning it daily and it working good ig🤷‍♂️ the brush widget helps boost the ram and the battery life is good even after 2years (July 27 2020).

No wonder why Samsung is the most used & most loved smartphone brand in the world! This is my first Samsung phone and I exchanged my previous damaged phone online for 2k. After spending one whole month in researching the best phone under 15k, I finally got it figured out and chose Galaxy M21. And Youtube videos and comments helped me take the wise choice. I got the deal (4gb 64gb) at Rs.13,500 and got it delivered in 6 days. Pls do not take third opinions who claim that Exynos processor is lame (which is a false claim of knowledge). I can't say if it is bad or awesome, but it is definitely Decent! You can play Smooth+Extreme or Balanced+Ultra without any issue. Even if you do full and heavy usage for 12 hours continiously, battery is sufficient and fast charging works too. So i easily charge every night before going to sleep and turn it off in middle of night. Super Tips for Common Problems in All Phones Update OS to avoid heating & restart issue (which happens not only in M21 but even in 60k phones Never use a phone cleaner or battery saver app. Use the inbuilt power saving option. Turn off Bluetooth, Location, etc when not needed Don't charge even after reaching 100% Close apps when not needed, especially close all when playing game (and also enable gaming mode) Uninstall least used apps Whoever reads this comment can trust me and click the Amazon "Buy Now" button without any fear because this is the ONE perfect-ish smartphone under 15k category. This was a very good smartphone for its price segment. I used it for more than 4 years as my primary device, and it performed reliably throughout that time. The phone offered good overall performance, a solid display, and excellent battery life during most of its lifespan. I finally stopped using it only because the battery started degrading after long-term usage, which is expected after several years of regular use. Overall, it was a dependable and durable device that served well for years. A good purchase and great value for money at the time.

the phone overall for an normal user is good but for a heavy user like me its not good. As i have bought it for my mother its a good device for her because she dont play games or take many photos or videos. she use it most for calling and watching youtube for which amoled display is very good. Gaming - if u play games like pubg u should not buy this phone because it has many problem with gaming even if u are average gamer u should not buy this for pubg it has many graphic option like u can select smooth + extreme graphic setting but that does not mean that game will run at 60fps it still runs around 30-35 fps. and if u play games in 50% or lower battery the game lags very much but if u are playing at 100% battery it runs much smooth with constant fps (around 40fps). phone performance get degraded after the battery is lower then 80%. camera - the camera is below average dont know why samsung call it true 48mp. you can get average photos in daylight but no matter in which condition you take photo there are no detail in photo from rear camera all photos looks weird, although in selfie the skin details are better then in rear camera. And worst part is you can not even use google camera on this device as there is no camera to api support. WIFI/Hotspot - there is wifi issue, while i use wifi on this phone the speed is very low but when i use same wifi on my other phone the speed is much better and constant. i tried testing 4g speed which is much lower in this device then compared to my other device. There is big problem with the hotspot like if you turn on its hotspot for longer the phone will heat like oven and then freeze for few minutes then when u will turn on screen it will take few minutes and then restart an this happen every single time. UI- samsung ui is good and there were no bugs its easy and simple. overall a average phone you can buy it if you like samsung and if you want big amoled display (because display is only good thing in this device) otherwise go for any other device with better specs.

Using it for over a year now—still going strong. The screen is vibrant, and the 6000mAh battery lasts nearly two days. Performance is good for daily tasks. A solid mid-range choice that delivers.
