We bought these and then used acrylic paint (blue) to paint over and stick on our walls and had no issues with that… just clean your walls prior to sticking them (wait at least two hours after using a microfiber wipe to remove any dust, etc.) the peel and stick, super easy and definitely cute if you’re looking to add some flare to nursery or playroom, etc
