**Q: how long will one 500g bag last**
A: It will last around three or four weeks with one a day. I’m getting two packets a month but having 2 a day. But not making notes of exactly how long it lasts but definitely over three weeks

**Q: Does it help with weight gain**
A: It will contribute to your calorie/protein intake, so if used in conjunction with a training program and a calorie surplus, it will result in weight gain - preferably muscle!

**Q: Is there a way to stir this in? Mine clumps up and stays at the top it's grim**
A: Use a balloon whisk, or better still, a stick blender ifyour drink bottle doesn't have an anti clumping fixture under the lid.

**Q: Does this have a cheesy aftertaste like the myprotein ones?**
A: As a regular user of myprotein I don't know where you got a cheesy aftertaste from as there certainly isn't, maybe you used it out of date or something. I'm looking to compare this to myprotein to see how it compares

I was sceptical of the whole 'clear' claim seeing as its a whey product, but with enough stirring, it does go to the clearness of a fruit squash drink, and tastes like one too, you'd have no idea this was milk based. I highly recommend using ice cubes or putting a glass of water in the fridge for a few hours to make it more of a refreshing cool drink, tap water is a bit meh. The taste (cherry) is quite sweet in my opinion, but still drinkable. I'm impressed and I cant imagine I'll be going back to regular whey isolates. I get less gas with this too so I assume I'm absorbing more. I'm even thinking about making DIY protein ice pops in the freezer. Only downside is the price. I do wish they had strawberry/banana/choc flavours so you could still mix it with milk to make milkshakes.
