According to Crutchfield, the top mount depth is 5". Bottom mount N/A, I guess due to the outside frame.

I believe so. I have a 400watt Blaupunkt bridged and it sounds great. It is in the back of a Jeep Wrangler unlimited

Is a 1.0 cubic feet sealed box for under the rear seats be ok for 2 of these?

No, you need to build a larger box, than one cubic foot

Spelling issue I asked if this would work with a cadillac factory amp? I had stereo work done before and had to buy an amp to bypass the factory amp
