Zinka works well. This stick is easy to carry in a backpack and easy to apply. I think it is a little misleading to call it clear because still appears pretty white on your skin. You can rub it in pretty well and it will mostly blend into your skin, but if you are buying Zinka you shouldn't be expecting a clear product! This stuff is know for it's ability to protect you from the sun and stay on your skin while you are in the water. That said, this is much less white than the bright white Zinka. My teen son preferred this while he spent a week at lifeguard camp. It protected his nose and cheeks, but didn't make him feel like a little kid with bright zinka face.

I swear by this stuff. I have melasma, a skin condition that causes dark spot that flare up in the sun/heat. This stuff is perfect, I wear it almost every time I go outside. It definitely is not clear, but with a little blending, it fades into the skin. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Works very well. 100% sunscreen block for me, and I am very fair. The applicator keeps from getting sand in your product. Applies like a deodorant stick.

First off, this is the first Zincka! product I’ve ever purchased and I’m really impressed! Things you should know: 1. It’s a pretty small stick of sunscreen. The size was actually a selling point for me; it fits perfectly into my purse. 2. It can leave a white cast though I’ve noticed it goes away if thoroughly rubbed into the skin. 3. The consistency is on the sticky side. For the cast and texture, I just use my tinted powder mineral sunscreen over the top and boom! Double coverage, matte finish, and no cast! And it has the very faint smell of coconut which was a bonus.

This mineral sunscreen glides on easily and blends in well. Planning ok taking it on a trip and it should travel well. Haven't had the chance yet to see how well it prevents burning or if it will feel too heavy on my face and make me sweat.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It does not go on clear. It goes on like white chalk. Terrible!

I was looking for a sunscreen with high SPF that I could use on my face without having to worry about it stinging my eyes once I start sweating. I live in the Central Valley of CA where the summers get up to 112 degrees. I do my running in the morning but the direct sun still hits me when doing my hills & I have had several pre cancerous lesions removed in the past few years so I have to be extra cautious. I had no issues with this product stinging my eyes, it completely protected me from any sun & had no odor. My only complaint is that the amount of product you get for the price is not economical. I had wanted to use it on my chest as well, but went for another brand because it would take too much of the product to cover a large area & not be cost effective.

My kids use this on their face. It stays white and protects at the beach. This is the only stuff that stays on. It’s pure zinc. Safer for skin. Water resistant. Thumbs up.
